RETURN POLICY

All items must be returned in perfect conditions within 14 days from the receiving.
We will charge 30% restock fee.
Shipping will be charged to the customer.
Custom made orders are not returnable.

DAMAGED RECEIVING

In case of receiving a damaged item, please report to us the breakage within 3 days.
We recommend you to take a picture and send it to us to get the replacement.
Please save the original packaging for an eventual inspection of the shipping carrier.

SHIPPING

You will have the option to choose between air or ground shipping ( overnight is also available upon request).
The shipping charges will be calculated and e-mailed to get your approval, before processing your credit card and send out the merchandise.
Oversized and extremely heavy items may require a special surcharge, depending on size and weight.
